I'm quite relax recently, I ate what ever I want..no matter sukiyaki or fast food.
Consequently, some relatives said that I look fatter now.
So I decide to measure the weight last night.
Oh my gush!!!! Fuck!!
I have to announce "It's the fattest moment in my life now"

Thus, here are my new rules from today.
1.No rice or noodle or bread in dinner.
2.Only drink the sugar free drinks.
3.Exercise 3 times a week.

I have to back to the best condition before X'mas.
Although honey said that he doesn't care.(I don't believe it)
